Tension Only

Function: This function selects all line elements (such as braces or ties) that have been defined as tension-only members in the structural model.

Purpose: To quickly identify and isolate members designed to carry only axial tensile forces, enabling specific analysis, review, and modification of these specialized components that behave non-linearly under compression.

Operation: By clicking on this bottom, the function will select all line elements assigned this behavior, which are designed to deactivate under compressive loads.
